This application is developed by Piko-Technologies SA, with registered offices at Avenue Paul Hymans 126, 1200 Brussels (Belgium) for research and development purposes only. It processes your smartphone sensors’ data for the purpose of analysing such data in order to implement results in our algorithms of mechanical physics detections. The application does not collect or process any personal data and all recorded activities are sent to us on an anonymous basis. By sending us your smartphone sensors’ data, you agree that Piko-Technologies SA may use and keep such data on an anonymous basis for research and development purposes only, without remuneration.

The following sensors data are collected, provided that your smartphone is equipped of such sensor(s):

• accelerometer (which measures acceleration);
• gyroscope (which measures angular velocities);
• magnetometer (which measures magnetic forces);
• barometer (which measures air pressure);
• GPS (only speed, bearing, altitude. Not the position).

Piko-Technologies SA also collects the model of your smartphone, your age, gender, height (full and hip-to-toe) and activities performed. Please note Piko-Technologies SA is not able to identify you.

The application is not a functional application and is merely designed for research and development purposes.

It is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or technical performance.

In no event shall Piko-Technologies be liable for any damages or other liability resulting from the use of the application, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

In particular, Piko-Technologies does not encourage you to get involved in dangerous activities while using the application.
